The K&T BPO Centre is a commercial building purpose-built for business process outsourcing companies developed by K&T Developers. The ventilation and air conditioning system was designed by HTG Engineering Consultants in Jamaica.

JTRS was selected to supply and install Trane Variable Refrigerant Flow. (VRF) air conditioning systems, garage, and other ventilation systems.
