JTRS’ engineering team carried out the design, specification and build out for this commercial building’s ventilation and air conditioning systems spanning three levels that will become the new home to Beryllium Jamaica. 

Our scope included the supply and installation of Trane “TVR” Variable Refrigerant Flow System (VRF), Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay energy recovery units and restroom ventilation systems.

JTRS’ goal is to design and install technologically advanced HVAC systems that aim at improving indoor air quality, occupant comfort and energy efficiency.
