Concentrix is an American business services company specialising in customer engagement and business performance. Concentrix was a subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) since 2006 and went public as an independent company on December 1, 2020. 

Featuring an open ceiling, exposed equipment, ductwork, and piping, attention to detail was paramount during this build-out. Our team coordinated with all stakeholders involved to mitigate clashes and to guarantee this project’s success which is now another one of the company’s contact centres.

JTRS was tasked with the design, specification and build out of an air conditioning and ventilation solution that provides flexibility, redundancy and reliability. Importantly, redundancy was a priority for this client as their continued effort to maintain business up-time while improving the lives of the hundreds of employees occupying the building
