Novelet serves as the Chief Operating Officer JTRS, where she is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects. With vast experience in project management, Novelet drives efficiency, quality, and safety in all JTRS projects. In addition to her role at JTRS, Novelet brings a diverse background to the company. She is a Chartered Insurance Broker (ACII) with extensive experience in the insurance industry and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London. Novelet’s legal expertise enhances her ability to navigate the complexities of contracts and compliance. Her strong human resources management background further complements her leadership role, enabling her to manage teams effectively and foster a productive, collaborative work environment.

What I find most rewarding is witnessing the development of our team alongside the financial growth of the organization. It’s inspiring to see how our collective efforts contribute to both individual and organizational success, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
